II. The story
Started with one
very dramatic orchid.
In 2015, our founder planted his first orchid and promptly watched it drop every bloom within a week. Too much water. Wrong light. Wrong everything. Over the next decade of trial, error, and a lot of dead leaves, something clicked. Turns out orchids aren't fussy — they just speak a different language. We learned it so you don't have to.
El Cabra Verde — “the green goat” — is a plant care studio for people who don't want to memorize a horticultural textbook. We send tips, sell plants matched to your living conditions, and answer the question you're embarrassed to ask: why is it doing that?
